The conference has finished
To use this form you will need your IACR reference number and password. If you do not have this information (e.g., if this is your first IACR conference/workshop), enter your details and you will receive an IACR reference number after registration and payment. Each IACR reference number should correspond to a unique email address. You can pay on-line with a credit card (you will receive detailed instructions).
Confirmation of conference registration will be sent by email. Please ensure that a valid email address is provided when registering online. Receipts are issued by IACR upon registration.

Early registration is opened until August 13 2015. After this date, late registration fees will be systematically applied.
Registration includes access to all technical sessions, welcome reception (Sunday evening), social event and dinner (Monday evening), rump session with diner-cocktail (Tuesday evening), and all coffee breaks and lunches.
If you are a student, especially a student speaker of CHES 2015, you may apply for a student stipend (see information hereafter).
IACR membership fees
If you are registering for your first IACR event in 2015, you have to settle IACR membership fees. These fees are of US$ 50 for regular attendees and US$ 25 for students.
Proceedings
The registration includes an electronic version of the proceedings (provided on a USB key) but it does not include a printed version. If you would like to purchase a printed version of the proceedings ($US 50), please select the option during registration.
Refund policy
Cancellations requests should be made in email the general chairs. Those sent by August 23, 2015 will receive a full refund less $120 to cover engaged expenses. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. A copy of the electronic proceedings will be made available to those who registered but were unable to attend.
Student speaker
Any student presenting a paper at CHES will get his or her registration fee waived thanks to the IACR Cryptography Research Fund for Students. If you are a student speaker, please contact the general chairs before online registration.
Student stipends
Due to the generous support of our sponsors we are able to offer free registration and possibly support for travel and accommodation to a number of students and young researchers who would otherwise find it hard to attend the conference.
If you wish to apply for a student stipend please email the general chairs by July 31st 2015. The email should include your resume and a short motivation letter. Please ask your PhD supervisor or some of your professors to contact the general chairs and provide a letter of recommendation.
